Eastern Massachusetts Commissioner College
 Eastern Massachusetts Commissioner College provides Commissioners the opportunity to learn about Scouting and the importance of the Commissioner to the health of Scouting units. Its courses provide the training necessary to enhance the Commissioner's capabilities to meet the needs of the units they serve, to serve as a resource that will develop advanced skills and promote a positive attitude, and to receive the most informative, up-to-date training available.
The College offers Associate, Bachelors, Masters, Post-Graduate, and Doctorate degrees in the “science” of the Scouting program.
